Sue Sklepowicz began her touch football career in 1985 with R & R Sports in the Golden Horseshoe Touch Football Association.
Sklepowicz has been instrumental in the development of Women's Touch Football not only with the G.H.T.F.A but within the Province. Sklepowicz has had an impact as both a player and as a builder that has resulted in a stable environment for women to participate in touch football today.
In 1991 Sklepowicz assumed the role of Team Representative, a position she held until 1993 when she she began her tenure as the Women's League President which she still occupies today.
Sklepowicz provided input for the development of Women's Touch Football by chairing the 1995 Women's Touch Football Committee host by Football Ontario. In 1996 Sklepowicz was responsible for all of Football Ontario's Discipline & Risk Management.
