The Golden Horseshoe Touch Football Association Executive is elected annually at the Annual General Meeting held each year in March. The Executive consists of the following positions:
- Association President
- Association Past President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Presidents of Association Leagues
The following non-voting Executive positions are also elected at the Annual General Meeting:
- Public Relations Director
- Rescheduled Games Coordinator
- Equipment Manager / Registrar
- Director of Way and Means (Banquet)
